These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QuickieTool (the “Service”), operated by QuickieTool. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

QuickieTool provides online tools to work with PDF and related files — merging, splitting, compressing, converting and similar operations. Many tools run entirely in your browser; some run on our servers to complete the requested operation.

2. Acceptable use

  • You must have the legal right to process any file you submit.
  • You may not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, harmful or abusive content, or to violate anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service.

We may rate-limit, suspend or block usage that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or threatens the Service or other users.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the files you process. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it except to provide the tool you requested, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Always keep a copy of your original files.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickieTool will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

6. Advertising

The Service is supported by third-party advertising (including Google AdSense). Ads are labelled and separated from tool controls. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and them.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
